Saturday – 10/22/11

  Classes at 9 and 10am today.  Come check us out!     W.O.D “Party for Two” In teams of two complete the following: Run 200m 100 KB Swings (53/35) 100 Box Jumps (24/20) 100 Burpees 100 Wall Balls (20/14)   Here is how this works:  Partner 1 will start with the 200m run and

WEDNESDAY – 10/19/11

Come by tonight for workouts at 6 and 7pm! We are adding things to the box each week and will be in full swing Nov. 1st!!     W.O.D TABATAS 4 stations 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest x 8 intervals at each station 1 minute rest between stations

Come by the box this Wednesday for free workout! 6pm and 7pm classes
