Michele and Ali: Both still excellent choice for eating out! See how tough it is to stay strict paleo while out? For example I had lobster eggs benedict yesterday with no english muffin and extra meet (bacon). The bacon was definitely not organic, nitrite/nitrate free so the fat I consumed from that probably contained all kinds of stress hormones etc…(although some types of bacon are “paleo” its probably not the best choice when eating out). My choice was also better than the alternative (english muffin) but man is it tough to stay strict when eating out. Again, great choices and if you continue on this path you will both see all kinds of great things!

Had an amazing grass fed braised short rib… But there was soy paper instead of seaweed wrapped around my rice-less sushi. Damn them!
