Skill – Rope Climbs

You have all seen the ropes, now lets start climbing them!  We will go over a few ways to efficiently climb, then each athlete will complete 3 attempts.

20 Deadlift (135/95)

15 Hang power clean

10 Front Squat

50 meter bear crawl
