Rule #3: Listen to and respect your coaches…we all work really hard for your guys

Instruction from Coaches:  If you are a veteran and think you don’t need the instruction on points of performance then why does your form still suck? No ones form is perfect enough, not even the coaches. Virtuosity is the goal. We correct you to help make you better not for any other reason.

Programming:  We spend A LOT of time figuring out your WOD’s and what best accompanies them in the form of accessory work.  On days where there is no accessory work, there is a reason for it so don’t make up your own.  That being said, please understand the difference between working on double unders after a WOD and doing 150 sit ups after every WOD.

    1st RULE: You do not talk about FIGHT CLUB.
    2nd RULE: You DO NOT talk about FIGHT CLUB.
    3rd RULE: If someone says “stop” or goes limp, taps out the fight is over.
    4th RULE: Only two guys to a fight.
    5th RULE: One fight at a time.
    6th RULE: No shirts, no shoes.
